Came here for a company event. And it was a lot larger than the outside showed. Spacious indoor area, large outdoor park-esk environment with benches and a stage for live music. I didnt eat (unfortunately), but the drinks were amazing as displayed on their menu.

Enjoyed the weather and some refreshing food. Our waiter Adrian was awesome. He made sure our time was spent well. He suggested the shrimp avocado salad , THE RUSTIC CHICKEN CLUB which was much appreciated on such a warm day and the SMOKED DIP DUO.
Ryan was the best server we have had in three days of being in Dallas. We have been to 3 other restaurants; the service, wait time for service, and numerous people have been terrible. The Rustic not only had great atmosphere, but it had welcoming people and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Everything was a 10/10 forget 5! I did not have to ask for another drink, it was ready by the time I finished the 1st one! (though I did say I would be ordering another) but still, it's the fact that I did not have to ask! It's Mother's day so you KNOW it was packed, however, I was able to walk right in & seat myself at the bar. I had the wedge to tide me over until the dinner menu @ 3, followed by the Portobello burger...🤤 It was SOO SCRUMDILLYICIOUS!
Visited Rustic… what amazing food! Honestly, one of the best American meals I’ve ever had. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared, but the highlight for me was the Drunk Chick absolutely delicious and full of rich taste. The overall vibe, taste and experience made it totally worth it. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again!
Server Hannah was friendly, and was great with a smile on her face. She made a few recommendations on drinks and food. Provided information on the food when we asked her. Smoked Dip Duo was delish! When they serve it is Smokey tots recommend it, onion rings are huge and really good! The ambiance is as amazing they had live music! The food was delicious and drinks were perfect! We had a really enjoyable experience at The Rustic in Dallas and it ended up being one of those places that feels very connected to the spirit of Texas. The food was excellent from start to finish and everything we ordered was flavorful, well prepared, and comforting in the best possible way. You can tell this is a place that values good food but also the overall atmosphere and experience. We visited on a Monday night and there was a private event happening, so the main indoor dining area was closed. Because of that, we sat outside in the event space area. Dallas was extremely hot that day, so of course the weather made things a little less comfortable at first, but honestly the atmosphere still made the experience very pleasant. The outdoor space is unique and full of personality. There is a large stage area for concerts and live performances, and just being there made us want to come back another time during an actual event to experience the energy of the place at full capacity. The Rustic feels authentic and relaxed without trying too hard. It reflects Texas culture in a very natural way and we felt welcomed the whole time. The only small downside was the service speed. There seemed to be only one waiter covering that section and he took quite a while to come back to the table whenever we needed something. Even asking for the check took some time. It also looked like the kitchen was a bit far from that outdoor area, which probably contributed to the delays. Still, this was a very minor issue compared to the overall experience. Great food, a memorable atmosphere, and definitely a place worth visiting in Dallas.
First visit to The Rustic's Jam + Toast Family-Style Brunch was fantastic! For about $21 per person, enjoyed a delicious family-style brunch, live music, and an amazing atmosphere. The French press coffee was fresh, bold, and a wonderful surprise. And a special shoutout to our waitress, Lupe, who was amazing and a big part of what made our experience so enjoyable. Great food, great value, and we can't wait for The Rustic to open in The Colony!
